Eden Valley’s oil processing factory was custom built in 2007 giving the grove, and other local producers, tree to packaged product solutions for local extra virgin olive oil, all under one roof.

Oil Extraction Plant

Purchased in 2006, the Pieralisi “Jes” 1 tonne per hour continuous olive crushing & oil extraction plant, is the heart of our oil processing factory.

• All parts in contact with the paste are made of stainless steel.
• Stainless steel malaxation modules.
• Decanter and separator bowls made of hardened and tempered stainless steel with high mechanical resistance.
• Extractor screw protected by a coating of tungsten carbide applied through a plasma process.
• System also designed for 2, 2.5 and 3 phase processing.
