Eden Valley’s olive processing factory was custom built in 2006 giving the grove the ability to go from it’s lengthy process of tree to table whilst maintaining a premium quality in line with the Australian Food Standards.

Pickling Facilities

200kg plastic food drums make the table olives managable from picking to pickling. Our traditional methods require the olives be 'cured' for a year before being sorted and packaged.

We have all the facilities needed to store and manage the olives in a safe 'curing' environment before moving them into the modern stainless food preparation areas for sorting on custom electronic beds and packing into the appropriate Eden Valley packaging ready for sale.
